You can unsubscribe from Bidiza promotional emails by clicking the link provided at the bottom of the email to be removed from the mailing list. This will not affect your receipt of order and shipment confirmation or other transactional notifications for orders placed.

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number when your order ships.

You loved your lipstick, but can't remember the shade? When you create an account with us, it will give you a past purchase list for you to buy your favorite lipstick again

Unfortunately once you have placed an order it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please make sure to review the shades you are selecting, read product features, and pick your perfect shade before submitting.

Please email us as soon as possible and, no later than 7 business days, at info@bidizacosmetics.com . In order to best assist you, we will need the following information:
Order number
Name and picture of the product
Explanations/concerns about the product
We will get back to you with the best solution based on your case.

If your tracking number states the item has been delivered, please allow 5-7 business days from the day of confirmed delivery. In the meantime, check in the confirmation email if you have input the correct address and check with your neighbors to see if they have mistakenly received it.
If after 7 business days you have not received your order, please contact us at info@bidizacosmetics.com. Additionally, you can call your local post office to place a claim for lost mail.

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Due to hygienic reasons, we will not be able to return or exchange any products.
It is possible and very normal for makeup to appear differently in every person. This depends on your skin tone, lip pigmentation, and how fast your skin oxidizes makeup.
We showcase our products in the most neutral setting, in order to avoid confusion on the actual shade. However, lighting, photography, and screen resolution can also affect the final result.
